Subject: COVID-19/Coronavirus Statement from Empire Industries, Inc.
To our valued customers and vendors:
Empire Industries is continuously monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic and have taken extensive measures to keep all inside and outside personnel safe.
As most of you are already aware, in just the last week this outbreak has rapidly changed our way of life and will continue to do so in the coming days, weeks, and possibly months. At this point in time, Empire Industries is still fully operational; however, due to the fact we’ve moved most front-office operations off-site and mandated social distancing throughout our manufacturing plant, you may experience delays from us in responding to inquiries, processing orders, and making same day/next day shipments.
We take the utmost pride in the safety and wellbeing of our employees and will continue to monitor the latest developments from the CDC as well as abide by local and Connecticut-state directives as they come to light. In the event Empire needs to close its doors due to the COVID-19/Coronavirus, we will alert you all as soon as it’s possible.
