“Manufacturing is rewarding and exciting. It is fulfilling to see a raw piece of material turn into a finished product for sale. Working with steel requires skill and expertise. I am proud to be the first woman in company history to be a die setter, in addition to being a press operator and employee trainer. Women can make an impact in this profession and I encourage more women to give it a go.” Says Brittany.
